The Justice Center hours are Monday through Friday

 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Reports can be picked up at the Justice Center for incidents that have occurred in McMinn County.  Record checks are done for a fee of $1.00 per individual being checked.

Finger printing is done for the public at no charge.  This includes fingerprinting for INS, adoptive services, missing children's services and for employment purposes.

The jail is open and fully staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
